It requires maturity for individuals to reach a point where they desire to change their behavior. Many of us have become indifferent to behavioral patterns that hinder our progress. Once we reach a standstill, we often attribute our failures in life to others and society. For example, a woman may claim that she cannot find a partner because they are intimidated by her. They generate beliefs that impede their goal achievement, without

recognizing that it is their consistent behavior that causes the issue.
Certain behavioral issues may stem from traumatic experiences during early childhood. For instance, if a child experienced verbal abuse at home, they may unconsciously attract individuals who allow themselves to be verbally abused. This can lead to a cycle of dysfunction. Subconsciously, a woman may be drawn to weak men because of a desire to control them while also fantasizing about an alpha male.
Once you recognize this behavior, you can begin to take logical steps towards change and establish goals. Setting goals requires consistency and accountability. With the guidance of a suitable mentor, lives can be transformed.
